Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to making HarmonyWFM usable by as many people as possible, including those who rely on assistive technology.

Last updated: August 28, 2026

Our commitment

HarmonyWFM is committed to accessibility and inclusive design. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA success criteria for the platform and marketing website, and we consider the needs of users with visual, motor, cognitive, and hearing disabilities as we build and test features.

Standards we follow

  • WCAG 2.1 Level AA — the globally recognized standard for web accessibility.
  • ADA Title III — applicable accessibility obligations for public-facing services in the United States.
  • Section 508 — requirements for accessibility in federal contexts where they apply to our customers.
  • AODA and comparable regional standards — where our customers operate in Ontario, Canada, or other jurisdictions with digital accessibility rules.

What we build in

The HarmonyWFM interface is designed to work with keyboards, screen readers, and other assistive technologies. Features include:

  • Keyboard navigation — core flows can be completed without a mouse using Tab, Enter, Space, and arrow keys.
  • Screen-reader support — semantic landmarks, headings, ARIA labels on icon-only controls, and descriptive button/link text.
  • Color and contrast — we use design-system tokens that pair foreground and background colors to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios in normal usage.
  • Resizable text and responsive layouts — the interface reflows across device sizes and remains usable when text is magnified.
  • Focus indicators — visible focus styles are provided for interactive elements.
  • Form labels and error feedback — inputs are associated with labels and error messages are communicated in text.

Limitations and third-party content

Some parts of HarmonyWFM rely on third-party integrations such as video meeting providers, payment processors, email services, and AI transcription features. We choose partners with accessibility in mind, but we do not control their interfaces or documentation. Some embedded content, including older uploaded documents, meeting transcripts, and customer-provided media, may not be fully accessible. Customers are responsible for the accessibility of files, images, and documents they upload into their workspace.

How we test

Accessibility is checked through a combination of automated scanning, manual keyboard and screen-reader testing, code review, and use of accessible component primitives. We treat accessibility findings as regular product issues and prioritize critical barriers that block users from completing core workflows.

Feedback and assistance

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, need information in a different format, or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us at admin@harmonywfm.com. Include the page, feature, and assistive technology involved so we can reproduce and address it quickly. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within two business days.
