Pricing questions

Who counts as a billable employee?
Any active employee record in the month. Terminated and inactive employees are not billed.
Is there a minimum?
Plans include a monthly platform fee that covers your first users; there is no seat minimum beyond that.
Can we switch plans later?
Yes — modules are entitlements on your account and can be enabled or disabled at any time, prorated to your billing period.
